Pretty easy thread this one... who here has a Small Form Factor set up. Doesn't matter what sort, can be any of them. Can't be laptops mind, midi-ATX towers aren't allowed unless they're mATX - the m doesn't stand for midi either - y'not blaggin' that one scrote bags! ;)

What's a P4P800? Who made that, any pictures and maybe you shouldn't have posted if you don't like it.

Good point! Is the case worthy of being recycled (as in used again)? If the mobo is totally broken, maybe you could take that to a Computer recycling centre.

could be my case, I put a low-end micro ATX mobo on it and barely fits in, also my case uses a SFX PSU.

For more details see my systems specs, It's my main PC and I LOVE IT 'cause time to time (1 time per week average) I need to move the PC downstairs and return it to my room and with this size it's pretty easy to handle.

Heres mine and its probably going to get an overhaul soon...

Enermax Venus Piano Black Mirrored Finish Small Form Factor Micro ATX PC - CUSTOM

    • PROCESSOR : AMD ATHLON 64 MOBILE 3200+ 2GHz 1MB L2 CACHE S754 CLAWHAMMER - System is capable of throttling down the mobile CPU while idle (major benefit for small PCs with limited cooling) and is an excellent overclocker
    • COOLING : ZALMAN CNPS7000B-AlCu LED Ball Bearing CPU HSF + 2x 80mm Fans
    • MOTHERBOARD : MSI K8NGM-V nVIDIA nForce 410/Geforce 6100 mATX - 1x PCIE x16, 1x PCIE x1, 2x PCI, 2x DDR DIMM, ect ect
    • MEMORY : 1GB Micron/Crucial PC3200 DDR400 SDRAM (2x 512MB config @ 1x Crucial Ballistix CAS2 & 1X Micron CAS2.5 @ CAS2)
    • VIDEO : Dedicated MSI Geforce 7300LE 128MB PCIE (this is a standard video card and not a crippled turbocache or whatever model, basicaly an underclocked 7300GS @ 525MHz Core & 700MHz effective Memory) & Onboard nVIDIA Geforce 6100 GPU w/ up to 256MB memory support
    • HDD : Western Digital 80GB 7200RPM SATA2 3.0Gbs
    • OPTICAL : SONY DUAL LAYER 16x DVDRW IDE - Allows stable mounting of media in either a horizontal or vertical installation
    • NETWORK : MSI DUAL NET WIRELESS LAN + BLUETOOTH & Onboard Realtek 10/100 NIC
    • AUDIO : AOPEN COBRA AW850D HD 5.1 CH PCI & Onboard Realtek 5.1 AC'97
    • MEDIA CARD : MITSUMI 3.5" FDD + 8in1 MEDIA CARD READER COMBO DRIVE
    • POWER SUPPLY : JUST PC 350watt +12v@20a Micro ATX Power Supply - An upgrade from the original Enermax 270w mATX PSU. This is one of the best Micro ATX power supplies that you can get! Provides plenty of juice to all the hardware and will allow support for a more powerfull, modern power hungry video card!
    • OTHER : DELL branded Angel USB TV/Capture device w/ Microsoft MCE wireless remote kit
    • OS : MICROSOFT WINDOWS VISTA ULTIMATE X86 EDITION

So, it's small, quite, wireless, decent power, light gaming and HTPC capable. It did originaly have an MSI Geforce 7600GT KO Edition video card in it but I think I ended up selling it. A fairly decent early atempt at a good all around PC.

    LoL! Ghostbusters FTW!

The PC is probably going to inherit most of my current TForce setup (shown in my system specs) once I get my new CPU (probably a 5600+ or possibly the new 6400+ if I can swing the cash) and Abit NF-M2 board going. So, it'll probably be something like : AM2 X2 4200+, Biostar TFORCE 6100, 1GB Crucial Ballistix Tracer DDR2 800 Dual Channel kit and propably a new XFX or BFG 8600GT or GTS (haven't quite decided on the video card just yet).

Yup. All but 4 are dead systems.

And I agree, Ghostbusters is good. They are making Ghostbusters 3 soon.

They're not making Ghostbusters 3 unless Bill Murray is on board - according to Dan Aykroyd - and from what I've heard he isn't. Someone did start making a DX10 or OpenGL version of a Ghostbusters PC game - it was based on the idea of Ghostbusters 3: Hellbent!

To the topic on hand, what SFFs what were they, and when you say dead, d'you mean totally defunct - as in broken?

All of them were OEM mATX towers, I believe they fall into this category. That or I'm losing it.

And they are doing GB3, it's CGI. Bill agreed to do voice acting for it.

Well that's the prototype before Columbia (or whoever they're now) bought the rights to the game - the game will obviously be different to take, but it look freaking awesome!

    One game I can't wait for. >.<

cdawall - good stuff! Just mATX mobos not the cases? If not the cases, that's a shame. :(

I'm hoping that I have a newer console when it comes out. ATM, the only console I have is the PC and a PS2.
