I've been trying to lower my PC's fan speeds recently, because they're quite loud even on idle.
None of my hardware has ever gotten anywhere near too warm, so I've been trying to configure SmartFan to lower my PC's fan speed while under the desired temps.
I've followed a few guides, but I just can't get the fans' RPM to go down at all, and the sound (obviously) doesn't change.
If you need any more info please ask! I have no idea why this doesn't seem to work.
Thanks.
