    my cpu is amd athlon64 3800 am2 (not x2

mb is asus m2n-e not beta bios

    accourding to this page http://www.techpowerup.com/cpudb/details.php?id=363

my cpu should use 1.4V vcore

    the problem is:

    in my mb setting page,

if i set vcore to auto, in the status page it shows 1.41V

if i set it to 1.4000V, in the status page it shows 1.44V

note: i have disable offset vcore

I seriously doubt that it's a problem, unless you are getting alarming temperatures. It's a very small problem with your motherboard voltage regulators. You can't really fix it, and the best thing you can do is leave it on automatic. Having a slight voltage boost increases your stability anyways :).
