I have 2 other computer in the house right now where the sound is not working..its not he speakers, or shouldn't be, because they come on fine, green light and all. I think it is a driver problem, but i dont' know which drivers to reinstall/uninstall and get new ones to fix this..
anybody know what im talking about? simply the speakers come on, but not sound. and on one of the computers if i go to sound and audio devices everything is greyed out like there is nothing.

plug the speakers into a ipod or something to make sure they are not the problem, also recheck every sound cable connection.
