Have you guys experienced sound playing in Vista is delayed using onboard sound max codecs?
Ex: The critical beeps of vista plays delayed, pop - up box comes out then a second later the wav sound plays.
Messenger apps, buzz or nudge sound plays delayed too, although movies and tv tuner card are synch with one another.. Is this a driver issue, I visited Asus support/download site for latest drivers but there was none for vista.. Only up to 2k3, is there a site for sound max or they don't publish their own drivers?
As far as googling some laptop owners encounter this and states it's a driver issue.
Could any1 help?
