'Spam King' Scott Richter payed Microsoft an amazing sum of $7 million dollar and is undertaken to spam no more.

Microsoft said it will use $5 million of the money to work with cops and governments worldwide to purge the net of safety dangers.

It will also donate $1 million to provide community centres in New York state with computers for underprivileged children.

As part of the agreement, Scott Richter, his company OptInRealBig.com and it's affiliates have to follow federal and anti-spam laws.Richter is now allowed only to send emails to people who asked for it.

Richter and his company will be watched for 3 years to ensure compilance.
Microsoft lawyer B. Smith said that his victory over Richter and OptInRealBig.com will not end spam.

Richter and other spamer have send over 38 billion emails a year.
