Does anyone have any idea when the Sparkle Gtx 560 Calibre is due out? The one with the Artic Cooling Twin Turbo on it?

    Thanks...

If you want a GTX560 Ti, I'd reccomend this one from Newegg. It's the same price, well cooled, and overclocked.

I've heard that the MSI one is not that quiet.

The Maximum PC review here said that the MSI card's noise level was fine; I don't know where you got that information from. It certainly won't be silent, but I don't think it would be significantly louder than the other card.

Or that, yeah. Aftermarket coolers can be a pain to install, though. And that approach would probably end up costing more. But if you want to, go ahead.

The calibre would be nice, just tried out the 460 version, but if it's more than $250 it won't justify the price over the twin frozr version. And I can assure you there's no noise difference. If anything the twin frozr has a better noise range, the fans can got to a lower rpm than the calibre's using a custom afterburner profile.
