a couple of days before my psu give up his spirit so i make a fast change. Then the problems start first the speakers starts make a low noise a small one but very very irritating one, which i thing is bad grounding but there is this thing?can be power leak from psu or the mobo? maybe less power?

my soundcard is a creative audigy and the speakers are creative too
my former psu was 400w and the current 350 (but no other problems except the irritating noise)

there is any change of wrong grounding or power leakage???

If it's a cheap power supply it could be generating enough EMI, and not be well shielded, to effect the speakers.
I would try putting in another PSU and see if it fixes the problem.
