It's me, for the third time. XD Welp, aside from the piece of crap computer I have that actually functions, I have two other computers lying around that don't do much, because I can never get past the bootscreen with them.

I've tried looking on the net for help, but have found absolutely nothing. So I'm hoping someone in here could give me some assistance, if any, into this.

Here's what happens. My HP motherboard starts up, everything's fine, everything works. It runs through its usual tests and then proceeds to the loading screen. once it gets there, it appears as though it's about to hit the logon screen, when it bluescreens on me.

The bluescreen doesn't give me a textual error code, but just the usual jibberish. It gives me a STOP code at the bottom, however.

*** STOP: 0x0000007B (0xFE233640, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

And that's it.

There are no problems with the physical setup as far as I have analysed. It's got a 64 meg chip in it, it's an old 336 Mhz, lalala.

I would -really- like to get this one working, since it does, for some reason, have an AGP slot.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Have you tried formatting and re-installing the OS. It could be corrupted.

No, I'm booting off a hard drive that I know the OS works on. I've tried it on this working computer.

Okay, well that was a tragedy..

.. lmao.

So I grab the empy, formatted HDD. Plug in the motherboard, set up all the connections, turn it on, and ZZZZZZZT

Electricity flies everywhere, I get shocked to shit, the motherboard fries, the HDD is totally fucked and the PSU is smoking.

Oh, how I do love computers. :banghead:
