Well im starting a new build and well its going to be nothing special for awhile as i upgrade little by little. Keep in mind that the first upgrade will be vid card, then Board, Cpu and then ram

I have very limited buget lol. Keep in mind that i am now using a celeron 2.4 with onboard video and take 2 or more hrs to burn a movie lol. Any other ideas are welcome

what happened to your rig?
any board that does 400fsb will suffice you, since that chip is 10 multi
maybe a gigabyte with p35 or x38?

LMAO i sold my old rig and now want to start building another one im not worried about OCing at all right now, Not till i get all that i needed. As i upgrade all my stuff will be traded in for the new stuff. So boardwise i just need something basic thatll work, till i trade it in for a better one, Needs to be less then 100bucks

Save yourself a $20 bill and get the e2140 instead. The speed difference I heard is very small between the 2.

mmmmmmmm, how come youve sold your very decent rig, to downgrade to a makeshift system, to then upgrade again? The logical thing would have been to keep your good rig then sell it at the point you want to upgrade to a better one? (unless you got given an insane amount for your old rig, which I doubt because you dont have the cash to build your new one

)

I can overclock to 2.6 gig. but then it gets unstable.

Sold it to get a car and wasnt into gaming for the last few mths lol and i got 900 for it. And no im not with her anymore lol. So im saying the hell with it and starting again. Keep in mind that will be upgrading everything as time goes on. By christmas if not sooner i should have what i want. I think this is what im getting for now
