Well I got Darksiders for cheap, and I'm glad I held out, but at the sale price it's good fun.
Then I dipped into the Indie arena, bought a couple copies of Star Ruler for some friends (4X Space RTS, I really enjoy it). I grabbed Sanctum, Terraria and Frozen Synapse (Check this out! Kickass Tactical Strategy indie title). I also picked up the Mount and Blade Complete...primarily for Warband and F&S. Magika complete and Trine to top off the list. I have yet to really get into many of these new games aside from Frozen Synapse and Darksiders, but on the indie front I know I'll try them out and believe in supporting indie devs so they can keep improving their product and stick around to make another one.
This sale was ok, the skitzo ninja price changes were kind of irritating..but overall I found some good deals, and spent more than I planned on so that makes Steam successful. Game on.

Just picked up the complete GTA IV (3 episodes) for $10.. i started playing a while ago, gave up as i lost my saves. I loved what i played of it and 3 game sin 1 for $10 is a steal.
I was thinking about getting BF2:BC + Vietnam for $10, but i have finished the single player and there are no servers nearby to play and then only a few. Pings are over 250 so it's not really worth it.
I'm tempted to get borderlands with all the DLC. Is the single player mode any good and provide a decent amount of hrs play time?
