Strange vertical black lines in Battlefield 3

Hey all. I have a strange problem in Battlefield 3. In Mission 5 ( Operation Guillotine ) at beggining level when i am looking at the sky i have random flickering vertical black lines. I know that is not normal. I have this problem only at this level and mission. Only at beggining stage on mission Operation Guillotine when i am looking at the sky. Can somebody check this on pc? I want to know where is fault. Bug in game, or maybe my hardware something?

Other games running fine without artifacts. I have this problem only in Bf3 and only in beggining part of mission 5 Operation Guillotine. Later when i am maybe about in 3 checkpoint on that level i dont have that artifacts.



I am using 301.10 whql drivers.
I have a fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate x64
System is not OC. All stock.


Ah i forget. I even change from ULTRA to LOWest details , and problem dont dissapear. Again i have random flickering vertical black lines on the sky. So i doubt that is hardware problem , but i am asking here to make sure. For about hour i paste here youtube movie when i finish upload.

And this is not that dirt from game. I recognize, but this is not that dirty part of grounds from game. This is just strange vertical black lines.
