You could always copy a GPU-Z shortcut to the startup folder, or run a startup task as well. I don't use GPU-Z enough to want it to run at startup, but I could see how some would want that option.

Strongly suggest moving all/most GPU-Z options into a separate Options or Settings screen like almost all Windows programs work, with a new Options/Settings button added to main window.
The current menus/options in the main window's system menu is a bit/a lot unusual way to locate the Options.
