    Guys i tried many programs to check my temps and i think they are SO HIGH.


    i have a q9300 at 2.5ghz and is around 53-56 c all the time. what i should do?


    maybe is because here at my country is 45 c?

    You didn't mention what cooler you use . Assuming you are using the stock one , you should buy a decent one .

    your ambients are too high... you need an air conditioned room when you want better temps.

    Cyprus, awesome location hehe, I would buy a AC unit because water cooling can only go to ambient temps. Or maybe get a ThermoEletric, but still your Gpus will get to hot so just get a AC, it will cool everything and you

    Temps are fine, there's only so much you can do with high ambient temps. Even if you had the best air cooler available your temps wouldn't go below 45c (ambient)

    Get an air conditioner. It's 45C sometimes here in Phoenix and I can deal with it riding my motorcycle or a car without AC, but a house without AC would be killer in that heat unless you have some serious ventilation and fans in which it wouldn't be 45C ambient. :)
