Now lets get on to the good stuff

Up now we have a server system.
This consists of a dual processor Supermicro X8DTU motherboard, dual Intel Xeon E5620 quad core eight thread processors, 12 gigs of memory, two 300 gig Seagate enterprise Cheetah and 5 146 gig Seagate enterprise Cheetah 15,000 rpm drives, and an Adaptec RAID controller with cables.

First, keep in mind that this board WILL NOT fit in a standard tower case. With that said a perspective purchaser can find a rack mount 2,3, or 4U case or be creative and build a case LOL.

Now I will get to the meat of the sale;

Here is the Supermicro X8DTU X58 motherboard, processors, and memory:

Intel Xeon E5620 processor link: http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Xeon/Intel-Xeon E5620 - AT80614005073AB (BX80614E5620).html

The Adaptec RAID 3405 card and cables:

Seagate Cheetah 15K 300 gig drives:

Seagate Cheetah 15K 146 gig drives:

This would make a great server system for home or office. I can also supply Microsoft Server 2012 Essentials for an additional cost.

Being an Intel X58 based system, it is still a very fast server system and can keep up with tons of demands for a cheap server system.

Due to shear size and weight this system will be shipped in two different packages.

Price: $325.00 Shipped and Insured to your door!!!
Dirt cheap for the performance of this server!

Trades? Maybe. It will depend on what ya have. Not looking for anything specific so if you have something you think I might be interested in, its sure worth shooting me the offer.

Thanks for taking a look at this sale

sell the raid card + cables alone?

I would really rather not as it would leave the drives to someone that already has a SAS system. :oops:

It is a really good deal...good luck to you. Let me know if you'd be willing to sell those HDD's seperate w/ the raid controller.
