surround sound setup

    i am thinking of getting a ok sound setup for my pc, i am going to use my onboard sound card!

    now what i want to do if have it pluged into my sound card but i also want to plug in some head phones somewhere without having the speaker system on how would i go about this?

    there is a header on your mobo (check your manual). You usually have to remove a couple of jumpers and plug your front panel audio into it. Check the section in your manual with the header designations and find the front_audio...

    If you don't have front panel audio on your case, buy a set of speakers with a wired remote and headphone jack
