i think paypal blocked my IP address for some stupid reason. i used a proxy and it works fine like you said don.

you have to use the proxy and log in then log out. turn off the proxy and your fixed.

I GOT THE Q6700 ON THE WAY!!!!! 21k benches coming this week!!!! i cant wait!
