I've worked on these types of promotions before. If you own an "AMD" card and especially a Powercolor card you probably won't win. They want people to switch from whatever Nvidia brand they have to AMD/Powercolor.

there is no preference by anything. i take the number of submissions, go to random.org and get 3 numbers in that range, then pick the nth database record and thats the winner

    Congratulations to the winners.
I am surprised to see the entries from Portugal, I wasn't expecting so many, since when I mention GPU-Z to colleges and people I know, they never heard of it.
Next contest, in case there will be one, will only come in a new GPU-Z version, right? Maybe I'll enter in the next one, MAYBE.

Probably a person who owns a good rig with a quad/hexa core heavily overclocked proc with no cooling and GTX 480 4-way SLi for warmth :p :D

Thanks for the analysis (map). That is interesting to see.

WOT? Not even one entry from "nigeria"*? Too busy writing scamming emails I suppose...

*with all relevant political correctness caveats
