Tesoro Technology USA Inc. - leading American manufacturer of high-tech gaming products, expands its catalog with a new series of tenkeyless mechanical keyboards with optional mechanical numpad named after famous sword of magic, Tizona. Tizona is named after famous sword of magic, owned by El Cid, which was used to fight the Moors in Spain. It is considered now one of the Spain's most cherished relics.

Tesoro known for its high quality workmanship bring Tizona to the top level of build quality for Tizona series with strong plastic top enclosure. Although the build is designed to be slim, it includes built in metal plates to maximize durability of the keyboard for the most extensive and rigorous gaming session at the comfort of home or on-the-go. Metal plates also ensure that keyboard is heavy, ensuring stability on the desk and help accidental damage while the keys are hit with high force. The keycaps itself come with highest quality ABS material, and the letters are custom-cut with laser to correspond to user country layout and ensure that they will not be erased even after years of service. Additionally, Tizona include detachable braided cable with gold-plated USB connector, rubber tilt feet and strong base for additional guarantee to durability.

Another major feature is Full USB N-Key Rollover enabling simultaneous keystrokes and improved typing accuracy in high-action game situations. Depending on different games and systems, Tizona keyboards offer Full N-Key to 6-Key rollover switchable function. Tizona implements high quality gaming grade mechanical switches that yield a minimum of 50 million actuations that can last for over decade of rigorous gaming. It is available Black, Blue, Brown and Red switches for true full customization.

Tizona comes with 3 Thumb keys that are by default multimedia keys in PC Mode, and can be independently customized in Game Mode in-game key assignment settings. Additional features include 2 high speed USB 2.0 hub as well as DC-In jack, which allow users to optionally connect keyboard to additional power supply to allow extra power in the USB ports to charge more demanding devices, such as smart phones and tablets.

However, the biggest and most innovative feature in Tizona keyboards are optional mechanical numpads that are sold separately. Tizona comes with built in magnets, which allow numpads to be connected to the right side of the keyboard, making it as standard numerical keyboard, or to the left side of the keyboard, automatically making it macro-keyboard for gamers. User can even attach multiple Tizona numpads to the keyboard (for example, one on the left and one on the right) or use it separately without main Tizona keyboard. Since the numpads are universal, they will work independently and with any other keyboard in the market.

Tizona numpads come with same build quality as Tizona main keyboard: high quality top enclosure, built in metal plates, laser-imprinted ABS keycaps, braided cables, as well as same features seen in Tizona main keyboard. It is also available in Blue, Black, Brown and Red mechanical switches.

Tizona will be available in USA and Asia in April and Europe beginning middle of April and May and will be available in most countries layouts. The MSRP is set to $89 / €79 for the main keyboard and $35 / €27 for mechanical numpads (sold separately).

Like the idea of having two number pads. It sounds like an accountants wet dream come true.
