The best SSDs out right now??

If i didnt have a budget..... And i wanted PURE SPEED what is the most baddest ssd's out?

Note, I would also want plug and play... I dont want to have to tweak 85things to make them run right. Plug in and raid 0 about 3 of them... I want pure speed.

What will you be doing with this speed?
If for gaming its not worth the price at the moment.
Looks like you have 3xWD 320
Just raid0 those and thats all you need.

If i really need to explain myself, Lets say my co-worker has more money that he REALLY know what to do with. Not a joke. In all seriousness, He is fucking loaded like a sum-bitch. And he requested it. So please..... Just the fastest read/write possible, No matter the price. He already spent 7k just on the workstation, 1.2k on his videocard for the workstation... He does not have a buget and wants it. He lives alone(widowed) in a 2 story 5 bedroom home with newegg boxes covering the floor because he buys so many things we litterily forgets he order other things and then they get put away buy his maid and he finds them months later and gives them away to people at work... Like myself. Sounds crazy but he is a hell of a guy!! Retired military (chemical engineering) good working sum-bitch.

P.S. He wants 3 ... Atleast 128gb.... For raid 0 Cost IS NO MATTER.

If he has no budget limitations and he wants 3 SSDs, wouldn't he be better off with SLC ones (and just RAID those)? Aren't SLC SSDs faster and withstand more write cycles than MLC-based SSDs?

EDIT: well, taking a look at Newegg, an equivalent size SLC SSD is ~700 dollars more.
