Just finished the first level to give me pause (it's probably about 2/5 into the single player campaign). 11 vs 5 (two shotguns, one rifle, two rocket launchers) and here's the end result:
I got really, really lucky many times (rockets hitting, guys that were supposed to take out one target in a turn ended up taking out 3, guys that were just supposed to move ended up taking out a target, etc.). It probably took me 20-30 tries before I finally finished it.
It would have been easy if they gave you two rifles or a rifle and sniper instead of the rockets. The rockets effectively make your shotgunners less effective because of their short range and you're never guarenteed a hit with the rockets.
Edit: It was Ninstar: Second Floor. I'm almost done with the campaign and it was still the hardest so far.
