Hi, I have a question. Currently I am using an alienware Aurora m9700 laptop. On my laptop I have 3 sound jacks Center, Front, and surround. I am wondering if the Medusa 5.1 pro gamer headset is compatible with my laptop. On their site it says the cables provided plug into center, front, and rear audio jacks. Can anyone tell me if my system is compatible?

    Thanx!

Welcome to TPU. The heatset should work with the laptop perfectly. :)

    Edit:

One jack goes in the front port, the other jack in the surround or rear port. Varies heatset to heatset but the front port is usually green and the rear port is usually black. But either way it will work:)

Thank you for the help and the welcome, so does that mean that I plug in the rear cord into the surround jack?
