Razer, the world leader in high-performance gaming hardware, today announced the return of the award-winning Razer Naga MMO gaming mouse. It has been updated for a new generation of win with an anti-slip, anti-fingerprint matte finish and three interchangeable side panels for a more ergonomic gaming experience. It still retains its most important feature, a 12-button thumb grid built to deliver cataclysmic destruction on all enemies when you bind spells, items, and macros to the buttons for quick access.

"When we released the Razer Naga three years ago, we knew its twelve-button thumb grid was an amazing, revolutionary interface that was going to change the way gamers enjoy MMO action," said Robert 'RazerGuy' Krakoff, President, Razer USA. "Three years on and the number of gamers armed with the Razer Naga continues to grow. We want to keep updating the Razer Naga with the best features, and keep arming gamers with the best MMO gaming mouse in the world."

Its anti-slip, anti-fingerprint matte finish ensures you have the best grip over your very special gaming weapon no matter how intensively you swipe. The buttons over the top of the gaming mouse have also been repositioned for much easier actuation. Three interchangeable side panels have been provided to let you personally customize the shape of the Razer Naga to fit your hand and play-style. Whether you're a claw- or palm-grip, the Razer Naga has got you covered and gaming just the way you want to.

Hmmm that pinky side rest actually makes it a tempting buy.

I'm perfectly happy with my G500 and the G500 I had before that, and the G5 I had before that. I don't understand the obsession with having so many buttons on your mouse.

Have to recommend the RAT 7 MMO if you particularly like the pinky rest as well, the price point may be higher but if the standard RAT 7 is anything to judge by, you get what you pay for and then some.

well, It's MMO mouse. If you have played WoW, and not a clicker, you'll like it.

My left hand is usually very busy with WSAD, and only the adjacent keys (like QERFV and 1-4) are comfortable enough to press. For some classes and playstyles, that's not enough. On the other hand, my thumb finger is freely available to press more buttons.
    Zubasa says thanks.

This is especially true if you play any kind of rated PVP, the number of abilities you end up using is staggering. ;)

The additional buttons are good for MMOs, especially for longer sessions where you can practically play while using the mouse only (PVE of course).

I've had a couple of NAGAs and they both broke in 3-4 months, to give you a comparison my Logitech mouses are ALL intact, even an MX-500 that has 7 years.

Want a mouse with more buttons? Buy the RAT 7 MMO, got it and it still rocks.

I used to play WoW and clicking the mouse is still clicking imho. I've stopped playing WoW since, but I used to raid using mostly the keyboard relying to key bindings, granted I mostly tanked too so the amount I was running around was a usually less than DPS and heals.
