Not sure because it says the cooler is so efficent that adding another fan only lowers the cpu temps by about 1 degree , but I would think it would help sytems temps having a second fan moving air. Even overclocked the heatsink is cool to the touch. The air is also cool coming out of it. I really cannot believe how much smaller it is than the Infinity or really any of the other big coolers the Zalmans, Asus and Scythes. It seems like it is very densly packet and very well made but very thin. It doesn't cover my ram like the Infinty did, and the Infinty almost touched the rear case fan.The thermalright is about 4 inches short of the rear case fan. i'm very happy with it but we will see. I have a 63cf fan on it already.
