Need to calm down, it was a joke. I am well aware that the guys at Respawn are pulling away from that cycle and are creating something different to their original FPS shooter, though to me this gameplay footage doesn't do them any justice and has lowered my expectations significantly. Also with it's release being on March which is the same month for MGS: Ground Zeroes, Second Son, FFX HD Remix , Stick of Truth and Dark Souls II you can bet that this one is definitely off my playlist either way.

they (as Respawn Entertainment) dont have the rights to make CoD games so it only makes sense that they come up with something new otherwise IW/Activision will take them to court for copying their game. with ex-IW staff, they dont bring CoD with them but the experience they gained having worked on that franchise.

You do realize that the rest of the players on the screen are AI right? That is what most people are dissapointed about.

Get the AI out of there and i might be okay with the low player count.

FYI the same guys who made Titanfall made the GOOD COD. Even COD: UO. What some of you may not know is they also made Medal of Honor: AA. These guys know how to make a good game. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt until I play it.

Can't watch the video in the OP (at work) but I saw a video float around elsewhere of the Xbox One Alpha version and for a Source game it looked surprisingly good. Had nice aesthetics which go a long way. I'm excited for the PC version of this, should be a fun little game. I like that the Titans aren't absurdly powerful like in Blacklight where you were pretty much guaranteed several free kills whenever you got it.

Anyhow, there was a time when 12-16 players in multiplayer was actually something that people drooled over. Multiplayer amount of simultaneous player count does not necessarily lead to a good or better experience. Multiplayer itself doesn't either.

It's a legitimate complaint I've heard from some people--primarily people who don't realize the Source Engine has been continually updated since HL2 came out. Everyone considers it archaic despite the fact that other than being a little difficult to use it still produces very good and aesthetically pleasing games. I can't wait for this game on PC.

Hey this is IW.. it will be a heavily modified Source engine.... lol I had too.. hehehe but really the Source engine is getting long in the tooth, but it's still a good engine. The 6v6 does suck, but hopefully that number will change for PC. Plus, these IW employees are actually the better out of the bunch. I'm still going to hold off judgement until I play it. :toast:
