Well at least here there's reason to believe the budgeted money was actually spent on the game, vs another one. Don't know what you mean by lack of control,. That could be too many cutscene and/or QTE interruptions, or actual awkward control feeling. For me, Underground was a huge letdown from Anniversary, so despite the big build-up for this one, I'm skeptical. I'll know soon, I'm about ready to start playing it.
