Nothing yet. It's pending investigation. Many others in this thread have also reported to the Feds and Bakersfield PD. If you read through this thread, you'll get an idea of where we are at.

well...believe it or not, i got what i paid for. I'll try to post up pics in a lil bit. Only noticeablw issue is the copper base needs lapping and i got some damn thermaltake brackets. But it has the d-tek bracket, well, a top plate, i dont know if thats the whole mounting system or not.

got my stuff in yesterday. I can take pics later when I get home. I need to take the card's hsf off. It seems loose and theres also some weird residue on it. Like it looks like dried up crazy glue allover the top of the hsf and the fan wires are all spliced. Just want to make sure everything is good and hasn't been tampered w/ before I plug it in and power it up. I'll test out my other stuff too which is two dvd writers. Hope the card is good as it was just thrown into a brown box so it must of had a rough ride.

As far as I know no one who didn't recieve a tracking number recieved anything yet including myself. I'm taking this as far as it goes.

I too have filed with Paypal, as I didnt invest much. But I got a PM last week saying it was shipped, here we are 7 days later and I have bubkiss. Im sure if he did in fact ship my speakers they would be here in a week from UPS.

its strange that he would send out some of the stuff. I think its strange that he even had the stuff he was trying to sell if he was just scamming. That being said, as cheap as the prices were i didnt expect mint condition, i got pretty much exactly what i expected.

I agree but the major issue here is the guys who got the "your stuff is shipped" PM with no tracking are getting screwed. Has anyone who never got a Tracking # and did get a PM a week ago getting their goods?

Whats the return address?

If the return address is incorrect thats mail fraud which is a really important issue to the FBI. That will actually get some serious attention. It also forfeits his rights against search and seizure. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Search_and_seizure

Also the Patriot acts 1 and 2 open the door to any search and seizure related to mail fraud. Its intention was not to help catching internet fraudsters but since the laws were written in such a vague fashion it actually opens some doors for us.

Contact your bank. - they are VERY helpful
File a claim with PayPal
Contact the FBI - link is in OP
Contact the local Bakersfield PD and/or Sherrifs department
