Asylum, thanks for pointing this one out...I'll be watching too, almost has a UT 2K4 feel to it. What was the game...conquest? Can't remember at the moment. Loved the game though.

Looks like they have developed a nice variety of weapons also.

Should be interesting to play with a mix of Halo and UT3 it seems.

It does Use Unreal Technology lol. I think Characters with suits and body armor parts should be in ut2015 like they were in ut99

Looks like they have some good deals for preorder.

You can get early Beta access and game code with the Headshot package for only $15.

I am sold. Each of the little No statements got better and better. I like the looks of this so much I think I might even get the beta here soon, and play when available. First things first. Some research.

The trailer says it is from in game footage.

I joined their forums and researched the company and everything looks to be on the up and up.

I'll buy into this one. $15 is a small price to pay for something that looks just like the type of game that I like to play. It's price sure beats the hell out of some of the games I see for $60.

EDIT: I just bought the Headshot for 15 bucks. Now to wait for the release,.........:peace:

Since they are brand new, I am going to give them a few months. If they put out more videos and have great communication I might jump on board sooner.

I wonder in the first place why they stopped doing arena games all of the sudden. Back in yeah, 1999, they were growing like mushrooms after rain. The thing is, why they always and all expect you need to stuff in more features and make everything more complicated and fiddly. There is a place where all the advanced features and 30 billion keybinds for every friggin thing are unnecessary and annoying.

Quake 3 Arena and UT99 were not awesome because they had bunch of upgrades and class features that you could abuse, it was pretty much entirely down to a predefined set of weapons (though with more fire modes) available to players and your own skill. But it was all done so perfectly it felt like there aren't any fiddly things.

And while they did sort of fuck up UT3, i still had tons of fun with it and that was against bots only like with UT99 when i didn't have internet connection yet. The Greed mode with max possible bots, Rocket Arena mutator, health and armor regeneration and highest difficulty mode was always a good challenge and great fun. It was all about rocket trajectory and tracking of other players. When you can predict player motion so far that you can hit them with rockets in mid air without using the seeking, you were sort of there :) And that was jolly fun. Just like i had fun with InstaGib mode or Sniper Arena in UT99 against bots on Godlike. It was amazing how incredibly human like bot were back then.

Anyway, i'm looking forward to this, if they got it right, they'll deserve more than just 15 bucks.
