My 1st post in TPU, bored of being guest lol

I'm buying 2x Ocz Solid series 30GB and I want to swap it with my current 2x WD160GB in Raid 0 .. but is it possible for me to transfer my OS (30gb of OS files in my WD main partition) to the smaller Ocz raid 0 size? I have the Acronic true image software but can I just copy the whole backup image into the SSD, and just boot from it later?:twitch:

    thanks..

Yes, you should be able to clone your current array over to the new array using Acronis True Image, as long as the new array is big enough to fit all the data. It can be smaller, it just has to be big enough to fit the space that is already used.

Clone..If so,60GB minus 30GB OS= still plenty of space left even to install some games:D alright, I'll just have to wait for em' to arrive and test it..see how it goes.thanks!
