For some reason, I think gpuz is detecting the card wrong as he said in OP that's PCI not PCI-e.

If using stock cooling, that temp on the cpu is "normal". They run very hot. Remember that celeron d I had? On stock cooling it was doing 48c idle and 57c load. Even though the issue could be temp related.

Try playing a game for a while with th side panel off. Post back when done.
