I have a friend who was looking to upgrade to a core i5 at the end of summer but a cheap and effective upgrade like this may be able to sway him. How much would you want on top of an E6400?

I should mention the E6400 is lapped and i'll obviously need to ask my friend first but does £30 sound reasonable?
