Well as long as there reference (blower style cooler)

but i would also take zotac,bfg,evga.

You see me and moon were considering doing a joint trade - both are EVGA however mine has an aftermarket cooler on it.

as i will be going tri sli thats the main reason i need reference, and the fan i hate heat dumping in my case.

Yes I do however the stock cooler on mine is defective - it cant keep the card running even when playing source games.
