Great deals here. I bought a card from these guys a year ago and delivery was very quick. They even offer a 1 year warranty on their graded cards. I went looking to see if they had a cheap 5850 and I came across these.

8800GT

9800GT

Delivery is an extra £6 but it's still a bargain.

EDIT: they have 5870's at £120 which seems quite good and 5850's for £95 but aria have xfx 5850's on sale at £100 atm and they are new not graded. Aria also have 5770's for £70.

Pity there's only one 8800GT.

If there was 6, i'd be tempted to start a mini-farm, lol.

Still a very good price for a card for a folding pc..hell it's still pretty good for gaming!

I can't wait for the 5850's to come down in price though i'm stuck with this 4870 and I really want to upgrade. I don't really game enough to justify the upgrade for £100 but I have the upgrade twitch ya know :p. If only there were 5850's there for £60 or so (my total bank balance atm).

EDIT: What is a 4870 1gb worth these days anyway?

Mind reading is what i do  I think most people with a 4870 must be thinking of upgrading with all these new dx11 games around the corner!

Yeah that would be a good idea by then the 7xxx series may be out and then prices will drop again. May even be able to get one for £50 or so :toast:

Then again the 4870 prices will drop too especially as dx11 comes into more games so I could just upgrade now. Ah decisions decisions lol.

I heard somewhere that dx11 games are backwards compatible with DX10 so you can run dx11 only games with dx10 cards just without the extra eye candy?

yeah dx11 is just DX10 with bonus where DX10 was completely different from 9 - that is why games like civ 5 have a combined DX10/11 mode and a separate dx9 mode

Did you get that from the bay or was that on videocardshop?

There are 5 9800gt's listed on there btw, just under different listings. One has HDMI.
