I have set up a computer that will operate over most of the day.
A low power consumption as well as a cool and quite system is very important for me.

So as I don't need the 3D power of my grafikscard I considered to undervolt the card.
Underckloccking alone doesn't realy help to reach my goal.

I have a Radeon X1300 pro with 600/400 MHz in standard.
    Any ideas?

you cannot undervolt with a x1300 in software. a much easier solution would be a zalman or artic cooling heatsink to replace the stock.
