Updating driver on Packard Bell EasyNote TK81

Hey TPU,

I recently wanted to update my graphics card driver on my laptop, and just headed off for the AMD drivers page as I usually do on my desktop pc. After I downloaded the driver and tried to install it, I just got a message telling me that no supported hardware was found for it.

From what I could gather around, this is because I need to update from the manufacturers website, but those drivers haven't been update for almost a year now.
Any way to update them, or should I just not care?

Specs are:
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_gdr.110622-1503)
Manufacturer: Packard Bell
System Model: EasyNote TK81
Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) II N950 Quad-Core Processor ~2.1GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM

If its like my lenovo x201, you need to download the driver and then use device manger to update the graphics driver. The setup.exe way usually doesn't work.

Did you download the mobility drivers or the desktop ones from AMD?

From what I know, OEM's control AMD's driver updates for their specific systems, so if there's no update from the OEM, then the drivers are still current.

Leave 'em be, but if you're having driver related issues you could probably contact Packard-Bell.
