UPS Site Attacked/Down?

Been trying to track a package since 4pm, the site has been unresponsive. When I got in, tracking link complained the page didn't exist. DOS attack???

Got to the site after a 5 sec delay... then tracking didn't work, same error

Meh ... maybe certain routes in the country are down or they have some of the servers down for maintenance (more load on the ones still up).
