    Just minor difference b/t z68 and P67, and integrated graphics are no concern. The Asrock board is great, but I like the Asus bios layout better, and the Asus has a slightly better build quality...but almost negligible. I'm honestly just board of the Asrock. This makes it easy to play with a high end board on the cheap.

    Yup. I noticed. No worries. I've never had a refurbished or OEM board give me issues, and Asus will still give a full warranty. Trust me on this. ;)
