USB Drive on MAC OSx & Windows

    Can i use a Flash Drive formatted with FAT system in windows on MAC OSX ?

    If not, how can i do so ?

    Yes, you shouldn't have a problem using a FAT formatted drive on a Mac.

    Yep, works just fine.

    Now, if you have a bigger drive, that you would like to format for files larger than 4GB, you can format it in NTFS, and use MacFuse and NTFS-3G on the Mac to get it to read/write, otherwise, the Mac will only be able to read NTFS and not write.
