I know when I play video games. I flip out and throw stuff around. I've never broken anything in a fit of rage. But I do swear at the npcs in the game. I also use language I would neveruse in real life. Then my mom tells me to stop playing the game. So the fact taht she hears me all the way downstairs is saying something. Does anyone else feel this anger towards NPCs?

Please note: I didn't talk about Multiplayer games b/c that's a whole other level of frustration.

What game? I usually lift my mouse a bit and slam it down. Usually during FEAR Combat. My computer doesn't run it all that well. Poor MX700. Been using it for about four years now though.

Jesus, I HATE stupid NPC's standing behind me when I'm being shot at so that I die! It sucks the most on Q4 on the 360 cos it takes AGES to load up from a save point and the worst part is you can't even kill the feckers :banghead:

Hehe, oh yeah, I have had video game rage issues. Lets see, in the first Halo, when captian keys will run out and get grenaded, that will piss you off. On Breakdown for Xbox, there is chopper fight made me tear my hair out as well as the end nexus area where all of the guys come out at once. Kintaro on Mortal Kombat 2. Don't even get me started on Dead to Rights.....

    I don't. I usally just get even.

Or stop playing, there was so much cheating going on in Halo online that it wasn't funny. So now I only play LAN. There aren't many cheaters at CS:S

  13. yeah i'll get pissed off but in the support of modern science, i only really play long drawn out games such as wow and marrowind, although i've put my time into c:ss and q4, doom3 and the like, if i can't beat a level or something isn't going my way, i pop a vallium and go to bed, 20 mintues later video games no longer exist lol

Yeah, when I get a shit pilot/gunner and we always die because of him, he REALLY pisses me off. And usually FF is off so I can't stab him in the face. I always end up with the crap ones.

I was playing Troy Aikman football and threw my SNES controller down onto the concrete basement floor. That bugger shattered.

    God, what year was that?

I am usually quiet, extremely slow to anger and never curse. When I play CS:S, if I have a kill/death ratio below 1 you can be sure I am yelling at the top of my lungs and banging on my desk.

This is very similar to me. But when i'm playing a game like CS. I just scream at my monitor. It's pretty bad. That and slam my enter key. Plus I rage quit all the time.
