Hiren's BootCD 9.3....i cannot post the link for its considered a collection of warez, but probably the best boot disk in the world! Just google "Hiren's BootCD 9.3" and I'm feeling lucky

if you can get into windows, then install avast and select the preboot scan, that can pick up things in the mbr which are causing issues.
