Well I really like the service I have received from Visiontek and I have owned a few of there cards. I also like Sapphire cards and have owned a couple and they have good RMA service as well, as long as they don't have that god ugly blue PCB. lolz..

Guess I should say Visiontek or Sapphire since both 4870x2's come with black PCB's...

I RMA'ed a 4870 back to Visiontek and only had to pay for shipping them and enclose a $10 money order for the return shipping... So not to bad...

Technically no. The warranty is only for the original buyer. But there are ways around it... ;)

Well... The 4870 I RMA'ed was bought off the forums. You must have the receipt and I just told them it was a gift from a family member and they replaced it..

The big problem is if the seller registered it..
