Well, OEM discs are really meant for a single computer unless you purchased a license key that specifically states the use on more than a single system.

Then legally it's only allowed to be used on a single computer. But a lot of people don't follow the legality of the matter. But I won't comment on that.

No 'risk', but officially you're not supposed to be able to activate it on more than one, so it would stop working after a month. In practice, it's a different matter, as you can telephone activate.
