Is there anyway to change the VRAM timings on my 9800gt? I seem to get the biggest performance gain from overclocking the memory. (128-bit...heh..)
I looked up the memory chip specs when I put my new cooler on. Stock timings they can hit 1000mhz. I have mine currently at 1029mhz (45%~ overclock). With a little loser timings, they are rated at 1100+

you could try RivaTuner. I haven't tried messing with timings but if it can be done RivaTuner would be a good bet.
