Is there a way to change the CD-Key you're using without reinstalling the game? My friend wants me to stop using his keys and gave me his friends to use instead, but I don't have the discs and feeling too lazy to download the iso's. I also tried to convince him to use his friends so I don't have to reinstall, but he's weird and likes to use his own. Is there any program or key in the registry I can change?

There is a program that allows you to change your keys as I have used it before, but I don't remember where I got it. I assume a quick google search should give you an answer
