Hello all. My brother got an external WD for Christmas. He was trying to hook up to his PS3 Slim and it just wont work. The external has the stock firmware on it of course but he did format it to FAT32 so it would work in the PS3. After some reading people say that is is because the External is USB 3.0, which it is, and the PS3 slim is only compatible with USB 2.0. So will hooking up a usb 2.0 hub or using a usb 2.0 extension cable fix this problem? Or is there a totally different problem we are missing all together? Thanks!
