I have TP link WA5210G v1 base router for several years. but in my bedroom I did'n get good signal so I bought Netgear WN3000RP.
I use MAC filter in base router, so I put MAC ID of Repiter in Base router.
but it not worked,
so I disable the MAC filtering.....n it works awesome....
when I check connected device MAC id in base route it shows C2-FF-D4-BC-0B-44 mac id of repiter
where the actual MAC ID is C0-FF-D4-BC-0B-44
is this normal or what...
I m not very good on networking devices...

You gotta make sure you're not adding a BSSID instead of the actual MAC address of the hardware

BSSID=Basic Service Set ID (The radio MAC addresses those are not to be entered in the mac filter for the original router)

You'd have to add the MAC address on the label.
