RPG are always better on PC. the modding community guarantees it. look at how many mods exist for oblivion and morrowind, and tell me that the consoles are superior in any way.

Thanks to the mods i have hundreds of new quests, textures four times the size (and quality) of the originals, and an unofficial patch has fixed numerous bugs the developers never did.

None of this is possible on a console.

I remember playing Doom back when the 486 was hot. That was PC gaming at its finest!

You just wait until all those old QUAKE 3 Arena and CS:S/1.6 players start to realize that it's time to move on to a new game and they start filling up the MW2 servers or similar...

LOL ^ that's a joke.. but I swear if you have played those games you will know what I am talking about. :)

They should be playing battlefield bad company 2 instead.

Ive put alot of time into both MW2 and BC2 and I enjoyed both. I don't see what playing one or the other has to do with the skill pc players may or may not have over console gamers if any.. I agree on the input device comment and the edge a KB/M offers.

I believe that BC2 is for those that like playing football games with the madden flavor as MW2 is more of the NFL BLitz or NBA Jams kind of game ya know that old MIDWAY game with all the powerups and ridiculous dunks? Just because it wasn't possible to pull off in real life doesn't mean it isn't a blast to play or that it doesn't require any talent to be good at it.

LOL I would not be surprised if NBA Jams was one of the IW devs most fav games of the past.

With the quake comment I was only trying to say that PC gamers can be sooooo serious that they log on and play a 10 year old game like it's their job and they are incredibly good at it (if not masters of the game) and I don't see people doing the same with old consoles.

Mortal Kombat and street fighter were both originally 2D side view fighting games but both were as different as BC2 is to MW2 and they are still in the same "genre" and both required a pretty different approach/strategy to taking the win and iirc both were fun as hell and nothing like the other except they were both fighting games.

I actually enjoyed the classic games that the console can't offer like Sven co-op,i wish they made a Source version of it.
