I want to ask what can be OC in my systems to make it's have more optimal performace :confused:

I'm not sure it's going to be worth the trouble. If you are having performance issues, when was the last time you did a fresh install of Windows? You're just not going to get much out of that video card either stock or overclocked so I would start with that.
