Hi all!
I wonder how I can connect my PC to my TV? I have the following Hardware/Software:
Windows Vista SP1
Nvidia GeForce 8800 GT
TimeWarner Digital Cable
(crappy I know, I won it) Memorex 20" Flat Screen TV - MT2012/24
RCA Dual DVDVHS Combo Recorder DRC8320N
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E6750 @ 2.66GHz (2 CPUs)
Western Digital 305.2 GB HD (WD3200AAKS-00YGA0)
Samsung CD/DVDW SH-S182M
LITE-ON DVDRW LH-20A1S
Anyway I'd like to know what else I need to connect the TV or Cable Box to my PC or Video Card, and what kind of software I can use to capture from the TV/Cable onto PC/DVD. Cheaper the better and I also can't afford a new TV right now. Also please let me know what cables, if any, I would need. I would like to basically see what I see on TV on my computer screen and use video editing software on it.
Thanks!
