Laugh at friends. I have contemplated subzero, or some other form of PC control to fuck with his mind, but I almost am scared to find out what goes on.

Other than that, coffee, music, a good movie, work out, etc...

Listen to depressing music does work, for me at least.
Also, I play the piano, improvise a lot. That and playing some violent games.
Or, just go work out like the other guys said. :D

I'm in the same boat as you op, felt down eversince I woke up... Well even though I went out with my friends I was still feeling down, although now I'm managing by goin on a rampage on Oblivion, earlier was fallout and GTA: SA.

But when gaming fails, I just climb the roof and stare at the sky/stars.

I listen to music and go to the gym. I find that an intense work out always helps me feel better.

I was a Sheriff deputy for about 2 years (health issues made me give it up), and I grew up with a mom that was a city police officer. It was not fun being a kid with a mom that knew everything before I even did it.

me, when im pissed i go the gun gun cabnet (dont worry im not going postal) and get the .308 go out in the paddock and do some 2> 800 yard target shooting ..... its the best way to train. if u can hit it when you not fully concentrating and the heart is pounding and you mind is all over the place i feel im doing good and go home...

i try to use when ever is getting me down as a positive to push me further in my hobbie/ sport, might sound stupid to some, but it works wonders for me
